The initial annual subscription shall be GH¢1500.00 and thereafter shall be such amount as may be determined from time to time by members in General Meeting, which shall be payable in full or in part on such dates as the Management Committee may determine.
No member shall be entitled to vote unless the subscription due and payable by him has been paid.
